1. Login to the system using your email and password

2. From main menu click on the Settings cog on the right hand side

3. From the sub menu Company Users, Email & Security, go to Update User Access Levels

4. You can amend user roles on a tool by tool basis, and only your subscribed tools will show in the dropdown

5. Select the Subscription and Site and click Load User Roles

6. You can search for the user by name, and the Update the users roles for the selected tool/subscription

7. If you cannot find the user in the search, you can Grant New User(s) Access

8. From the pop-up menu you can select the user by name and grant subscription roles and customer access levels
