1. In order to 'Manage Users' you must either be a Company Admin or a Site Admin.

2. Login to the system using your email and password

3. From main menu click on the Settings cog on the right hand side

4. From the sub menu Company Users, Email & Security, go to Manage Users

5. You can search for colleagues by name, site, and status

6. To edit a users roles, you must click Update to the right of their current roles

7. You have the ability amend the site they belong to if applicable

8. By editing Manage Company Profile, users can either have no permissions, or for All sites or Their Site only

9. By editing Manage Company Users, Email & Security, users can either have no permissions, or for All sites or Their Site only

10. By editing Manage Customers & Company Documents, users can either have no permissions, or for All sites or Their Site only

11. By editing Manage Company Product File, users can either have no permissions, or for All sites or Their Site only

12. Ability to Manage Company Product File is essential for the creation of product codes, which are the starting point for Quality Management and Trading tools
