New user isn't showing up when you want to share, add to groups etc.

1. If you have permissions check the manage users section in settings.

2. If you do not have permissions ask your admin to check.

3. See if the user has been invited & activated.

4. If the user has been invited but not activated you must ask the user to activate their account.

5. This should resolve the issue.
