Step 1. Completion Required (Step Completers): The person responsible for completing the step, adding all the required detail and marking the step as complete. There must always be a step completer assigned to each step
Step 2. Approval Required (Step Approver): The person responsible for reviewing the detail added by the step completer. They will mark the step as approved or rejected
Step 3. Completion & Approval Overdue: If a step is not completed/approved within the timelines an email notification will be sent to the assigned completer/approver to inform them their action is required
Step 4. Step rejected: If an approver has rejected a step an email notification will be sent to the step completer. This email will inform the step completer that the step has been rejected and more information may be required.
