Step 1. Navigate to Admin (See 1) > Document Approvers (See 2) > Add Internal Approvers (See 3)

Step 2. Complete required fields. 

Step 2.1. Site = Whether it is for the whole group or a particular site

Step 2.2. Document category = whether the template is technical or commercial by nature

Step 2.3. Document template = select from the dropdown list the relevant template

Step 2.4. Users = Select the approver/s

Then click Add Approvers.

NB:

Once approver has been set, the approver will receive notification to view and approve the document. It is only upon approval that the document can be shared.
