Step 1: Select Yes if the ingredient you have supplied has been affected by this incident. Then select Save Affected Ingredients  


Step 2: The response form opens up, then complete it. 


Step 3: Once done select Save then Save & Send Response


Step 4: The status reverts back to Awaiting Response. Your customer will now review your response & revert back. 


Step 5: Once the customer has confirmed the status will revert to Confirmed. 


Step 6: If the customer decides to request more info even though the incident has been confirmed this Status will revert to Requires Your Action
