Step 1: Log in to your Foods Connected account 

Step 2: Locate the settings tab in the top right-hand corner 

Step 3: Navigate to ‘Company Email Alerts’ under ‘Company Privacy Settings’ 

Step 4: Use the drop downs to select your preference; For ‘Email Address’ , ‘Direct Telephone’ and ‘Mobile Telephone’ it can be set to either ‘Public’ or ‘Private’ and for ‘Activity Feed’ it can be set to either ‘Hide Their Activity’ or ‘Show Their Activity’. When done click ‘Update Privacy Settings’.
