You can setup the system so that you can request supplier documents E.g. BRC certs, HACCP, Animal Welfare. You have the option to set documents to Mandatory & request this by a certain date. This can also be used as part of the Approval Process

Step 1: Go to Supplier Manger à Document Summary

Step 2: Select Supplier & Click on Multi Request 


Step 3: Select the document & the details require, you can also set required by date that triggers email reminders when the supplier has not uploaded the document. Once you have added the detail select the user to receive the request & click on the Request button.


Step 4: You can now view Suppliers required documents by clicking on the view button. 


Step 5: Follow these steps to add further documents to different sites. At any stage you need to edit select Update and follow steps again.
