1.The person who requested the document will receive an email notification and a task on Foods Connected when the supplier uploads their document.

2.From the Supplier Document Search page, click on the arrow button to the right of the document request and click on the document icon to open up the uploaded document.

3.Click on the menu button to the right of the document request and you have the option to approve or request info.

4.If you are not happy with the uploaded document, you can click on Request Info which will open a pop-up window with a textbox to input what information you require and once you send this the supplier user will receive a notification.

5.Once you are happy with the document, you can click on the Approve option and the document request will become compliant which will be represented by a green box.
